We can keep your personal information, Names, Phone Number, E-mail and Address. We don't use them for other purpose.

PAYMENT

We accept paypal thealmadoll@gmail.com.

lf you are living in Korea or having a Korean bank account, so please contact us before the order.

LAYWAY

We accept Layaway.(Deposit 50%+ Shipping fee / Remainder 50% )

Deposit 50% should be paid when you place the order,

and remainder should be paid before we ship your doll.

CANCELLATION 

we produce after your order confirm.

but if you want before shipping, cancellation fee is 25% of doll full price.

Once a doll is shipping it cannot be canceled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We uses EMS to ship your products . Although we are able to ship to many countries via EMS, there are some countries we are unable to ship.  Please contact us if you want other shipping method.

We can't ship your doll without your phone number.

 

SHIPPING INVOICE 

We write the full price on the invoice and customs declaration.

 We are not responsible for customs and duty on international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

If dolls are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2~3 days from the time of receiving the doll. 

After 5 days from the time of receiving the doll, we will consider the doll is damaged by customer's fault and can not be exchanged.
please ensure that dolls cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer's change of mind unless faulty.
